Feeling stomach acidity?

This is so common nowadays, and the main reason is this stress of life we deal with every single day and it seems so difficult not to stress. This feeling of stomach pain, stomach acidity, this feeling of stress itself, it’s like we have a small stress ball inside of our stomach that constantly releases pain every time we think of our problems and disappointments, whether related to couple relationship or financial concerns or health etc…

Most of the times the solution is to seek for God. Medications and diet control are very important and should be taken seriously but trust me seeking for God’s peace is the most wonderful feeling of stress relief.
Problems are here. They come and go. They might go, they might stay, but we can’t base our health status, attitudes and feelings on our problems and disappointments. People are like this, they will disappoint you, and you have to be ready. Life is passing; we can’t focus on our problems and not progress. We have to let it go, and move on and the only solution is staying close to God to find His peace and will for us.

Now nutritionally speaking, if you are actually feeling stomach acidity, avoid: coffee, tea, caffeine, alcohol, smoking, soft drinks, citric fruits and juices, tomato and tomato sauces, spices, fried and fatty foods.

Important things to do are: Don’t drink and eat at the same time. Don’t stay hours without eating; eat small but frequent meals every 3-4 hours. Don’t eat fast, take your time. Eat your last meal 4 hours before sleeping, don’t wear very fit clothes especially after eating and sleep with your bed a bit lifted up.

All the tips will help you a lot, and also think of a thing at a time on your to do list, don’t think of the million things you have to do on that day at the same time, it will stress you. Don’t forget to spend time with God each day to bring back your inner peace, and feel good forever again whatever you’re going through!
