Enjoy this refreshing and easy to prepare afternoon snack!
500g watermelon
40g goat cheese
10 mint leaves
6 black olives sliced
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
Cut the watermelon in cubes and put in the plate. Add the cheese on top, as well as the olives, the mint leaves and the olive oil! That simple! Enjoy!!
