• Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Lived there for 14 years

• French Educated (Lycee Moliere, Brazil and Lycee Nahr Ibrahim, Lebanon)

• Studied Nutrition & Dietetics in American University of Beirut (AUB)

Whether you want to lose weight, control diabetes, cholesterol etc...Whether you are an adult, a teenager or even a child, man or woman, I will be providing you with ongoing encouragement and support to help you reach your goals and live a healthy lifestyle
