Lack of folic acid linked to depression

A recent article from the New York Times fingered FOLIC ACID as one of the most, “luscious micronutrients” available and multiple studies suggest a lack of folic acid may lead to mental conditions such as DEPRESSION.

Make sure you are consuming 2 or 3 sources of folic acid daily such as spinach, broccoli, asparagus, papaya, oranges, lentils, all types of beans, avocado, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, almonds, cauliflower, beets

Boiled egg Vs Fried egg!

Hi everyone!! Hope you have a great week!!

Check the difference between boiled egg and fried egg:
- Boiled egg has around 100 calories, 9g of fat and 250 mg of cholesterol.
- when you fry it, the egg has 240 calories, 18.6g of fat and 516 mg of cholesterol

Next time, think before frying, prefer boiled egg or a good omelette with no oil and just one yolk, and lots of veggies inside!
