The trend now in Brazil, the country of pretty men and women is to include CHIA* in everything they eat or drink, especially in smoothies because they are very rich in omega 3 and fiber, omega 3 removes the inflamation that is causing you to gain weight and fiber will make sure to keep you full! So here is a delicious smoothie I chose to share with you! The glass has 200 calories.
Mix in a blender with 1 or 2 cubes of ice:
• 1 cup (100 ml) grape juice
• 1 cup (100 ml) of water
• 3 tablespoons of Blueberry (or 50 g frozen pulp)
• 3 tablespoons of raspberry
• 5 strawberries
• 1 col. (tablespoons) of chia seeds
Red fruits are also a must in Brazilian's diet as they are powerful antioxidants acting as anti-aging! They clean your arteries and strengthen your heart!
