About Me

• Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Lived there for 14 years

• French Educated (Lycee Moliere, Brazil and Lycee Nahr Ibrahim, Lebanon)

• Studied Nutrition & Dietetics in American University of Beirut (AUB)

• Fluently speaks Portuguese, Spanish, French, English & Arabic

• Member of the Lebanese Dietetic Association

• Worked at the department of Nutrition and Health for development at the World Health Organization (WHO) in Geneva in 2005 on school nutrition programs

• Participated in the World Health Assembly in May 2005 at the Palais of the United Nations in Geneva

• Worked at the Standing Committee on Nutrition (SCN) in Geneva, 2005

• Constantly attends worldwide congresses and seminars − examples include the world public health nutrition congress in Barcelona, Spain and the Micronutrient Forum in Istanbul, Turkey

My role is also to help you establish realistic goals in a certain period of time, as well as to design a personalized meal plan depending on your situation. Whether you want to lose weight, control diabetes, cholesterol etc...Whether you are an adult, a teenager or even a child, man or woman, I will be providing you with ongoing encouragement and support to help you reach your goals and live a healthy lifestyle
